Responses from some of the resorts, especially small resorts in the more remote locations, may not be able to respond to you within 24 hours, due to a variety of reasons such as connection difficulties. However, if you do not hear back within 2-3 days, please return to the listing and send a follow up message. If you do not hear back after that, please contact us and we shall endeavour to see if the resort has a local problem. » Can TravelMaxia help me with my bookings? All enquiries need to be made direct with the suppliers (e.g. resorts, hotels, lodges, dive operators, etc). » I sent an enquiry but received a Mail Delivery Error? Please report all Mail Delivery Errors direct to us at website@travelmaxia.com. The error you received may be due to a temporary server problem at the destination, however if the error is the result of a change in their email contact, we need to follow that up promptly to ensure that the problem is corrected. » I searched for a suitable destination but found no properties that met my criteria? TravelMaxia has an expansive database of properties from across the South Pacific. Whilst this is quite comprehensive, it is possible that you searched for a property using too many criteria. You might like to broaden your search a little to get better results. Please note that in the keyword search it is best to enter one word only, e.g. "fishing", instead of "fishing from a boat". The keyword search needs to find the exact string you enter, so better results can be achieved by reducing your keyword entry to one word. Please note also that the price range shown on each search results listing is a general price range only. » Do the packages and specials shown on TravelMaxia include air flights? The packages and specials are posted 'direct' by the resorts. Generally speaking they usually do not include the air component unless the resort or hotel has specified otherwise. If you wish to clarify whether or not the package or special includes any air (international or domestic), just click the 'EMAIL DIRECT' link and you will be able to send a message direct to the resort or hotel who has posted the information. Please note that the website does have an airlines 'information' section - there is a link from the home page, and each country home page. Links to the various airlines are provided so that you can personally investigate options further. Links to route maps, where available, are also found throughout the airlines section.
