Sanctuary Rarotonga is located at secluded Aroa Beach on the south-west coastline of Rarotonga, renowned for its all day sun and tropical sunsets.

Accommodation
Select from 48 luxury Beachfront Suites. The Polynesian ambience provides a feeling of being in your own South Pacific native hut, but with all the modern conveniences and style of hand-made lighting and an Italian tiled bathroom with black pearl shell accents, plus a super-king sized bed, air-conditioning, fan, satellite TV/DVD, IDD phone, mini-fridge, tea/coffee making, safe, hairdryer and private verandah.

Dining & Entertainment
The Sanctuary’s Beach Pavilion Restaurant offers innovative island cuisine, with tropical beachfront setting under a gazebo allowing you to enjoy spectacualr views across the lagoon. Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner with the sand between your toes! Enjoy a wide range of local and international cuisine along with a fine selection of Australian and New Zealand wines.

Tropical cocktails and poolside snacks are available at the Sanctuary’s swim up poolside bar - the perfect spot to cool off while enjoying magnificent views over the beach and lagoon.

The Poolside menu is also available for room service from 11am to 9pm.

Payment Policies
We accept major credit cards

Deposits
To secure your booking (subject to availability) we require advance credit card payment. This needs to be received by us at time of booking. In order for us to charge your credit card we would require you to fax or email us the details on the card, including name as shown on the card, and expiry date. Our fax number is: (+682) 25799. Whilst you are our guest we do require that you settle your account for additional services at the resort, maintaining a balance under NZ$1500 during your stay.

Cancellations and Refunds
Late Cancellations and Early Departures are subject to the following cancellation fees: Cancellations must be in writing and received by the Resort no later than 31 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Any bookings cancelled between fifteen (15) and thirty (30) days of travel incur a 50% cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled fourteen (14) days or less from the date of travel are charged a 100% cancellation fee. No Shows incur the full amount of the reservation made.

We strongly recommend guests take out Travel Insurance to guard against any unforeseen eventualities.
