Location
The Lodge (motel) is situated on the sheltered southwest side of Rarotonga, about 8 km from the main town of Avarua & 10 km from the airport. A frequent bus service circumnavigates the island (both directions).

Accommodation
The motel offers 12 fully self-contained one-bedroom apartments, studio units, a 2 bedroom beachfront cottage, and one 3 bedroom bungalow.

The units are spacious with their own private verandahs. They are also serviced daily except Sundays. The 3 bedroom bungalow is serviced weekly.

All motel units consist of:

queen-size bed ~ two single beds ~ full kitchen facilities ~ IDD phones ~ ceiling fan ~ starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and a jug of water ~

The 2 and 3 bedroom houses are both close by but located off site. Guests can use all facilities at the motel. The houses are both fully equiped with kitchen, laundry, bbq and guests are still welcome to use our swimming pool down at the motel complex.

Dining & Entertainment
All units at Puaikura Reef Lodges have full kitchen facilities, with starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk and a jug of water. Local shops are available, and there is a BBQ area and purified water machine for water refills. There are also cafes and restaurants if you wish to eat out.

Facilities
The motel has wifi internet and email facilities, barbecue area, free snorkeling gear for guests to use, gift shop/snack bar and a library to exchange books. We also have a laundry service available.

Activities
Guests are welcome to join our free weekly scuba dive try out and experience your first underwater breaths.
