Sandals Restaurant and the Barefoot Bar are exciting beachfront facilities, open every day for breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner and all manner of beverages. Ambience is bright, natural and friendly with genuine Cook Island hospitality. The menus reflect Pacific rim cuisine mixed with exotic and traditional flavours and cooking methods.

Your complimentary daily island breakfast buffet is presented daily in Sandals Restaurant as well as your dinner selections. Lunches, snacks, picnic hampers and beverages are served in the Barefoot Bar and Verandah daily.

Weekly theme dinner and lunch menus are featured. We also feature a special children’s menu daily. On request, we are able to arrange ’Celebration Catering’ ... whether it be birthdays, anniversaries or that very special private occasion.

Fun in the Water

Muri beach is Rarotonga’s best spot for water sports and here at Pacific Resort Rarotonga we offer a wide range of beach sport equipment, including complimentary snorkelling gear and kayaks, plus pedal boats and sailing craft for hire.

Or take a dip in our fresh water inland swimming pool.

The Beach Hut is located right on Muri Beach (adjacent to the Barefoot Bar) and is open every day from 8.00am - 5.00pm. Our guests can enjoy the use of our kayaks and snorkelling equipment as well as beach towels and sun-loungers free of charge.

For a nominal charge we also have pedal boats (ideal for a leisurely cruise of Muri lagoon), two and three person sailing dinghies and a range of wind surfers to suit all conditions. Glass Bottom Boat The Beach Hut team also operate our 8.5 metre glass bottom cruiser, ’Moana Roa’. There are daily excursions (except Sunday) departing m from our beachfront for cruises on our beautiful lagoon. Explore the coral gardens, feed the tropical fish, then cruise to Koromiri Island for a sumptuous BBQ lunch and plenty of tall stories!

Massage and Beauty We offer Massage Services from Monday – Sunday from 8am to 5pm. Relax and be pampered on the beach, or in the privacy of your own room.

Kids Club at the Beach Hut When it comes to family fun, Rarotonga is truly the Island of Peace and Plenty. There’s a whole host of things to enjoy together. But when Mum and Dad want a little peace and quiet together, our Kids Club has plenty of great activities for the children.

Kids Club caters for children aged 6 years and over all year round.

Kids can join a treasure hunt, nature arts and crafts, take a discovery walk through our tropical gardens, and the list goes on. The kids will be having so much fun, parents can simply relax and disappear!
