Location
The Resort is set amidst six acres of tropical gardens and is situated on the sheltered coast of Rarotonga, perfect for the evening sunsets.

Accommodation
The Edgewater Resort & Spa offers 267 comfortable, air-conditioned rooms, suites, apartments and 3 Bedroom villas all with private patio or balcony, refrigerator, ceiling fan,telephone, complimentary tea/coffee making facilities and a colour television with complimentary satellite stations including CNN.

Our eight VIP Deluxe Suites complete with king-size beds (or two queen size) and the additional features of spa bath, hairdryer, iron and ironing board are very spacious and are ideal for business people or honeymoon couples. We also have 60 Beachfront Deluxe Suites with Queen bedding, romantic spa bath, nightly turn down service and a fantastic outlook over the sparkling lagoon - literally just steps from your door.

The remaining guest rooms are a combination of Garden, Garden Superior, and Beachfront Rooms, each within close proximity to the beach, gardens and central dining / pool area. These rooms each include a queen plus single bed.

If you would like self contained facilities we can offer 15 x studio, and 2 x two bedroom apartments. All are air-conditioned, have refrigerator, IDD phone, satellite television, twice weekly maid service, daily towel change, and full cooking facilities. The studio apartments feature 1 x Queen plus 1 x Single Bed. The two bedroom apartments feature 1 x Queen plus 2 x Single beds.

A new addition to the resort are our fabulous 3 Bedroom Excecutive Villas with private patios, full equip kitchens, ensuite and air con. A home away from home, these Villas will make you not want to leave.

Dining & Entertainment
We like to pamper our guests at the Edgewater Resort & Spa. Our two top class restaurants offer tastes to tempt every palate, and after a sunny day in paradise, Mal’s Bar offers the perfect place to watch the stunning array of colours as the sun slowly sets over the lagoon. The outside bar area is a great place to enjoy a refreshing drink, or mouthwatering tropical cocktail.

The Brasserie Restaurant: Prepare for each new day with a tasty breakfast at the Edgewater Brasserie. This casual island-style restaurant is right on the water’s edge and is also a great place for lunch, snacks, a la carte dining topped off with our special theme nights including the not-to-be-missed twice weekly ’Island Night’ buffet feast and show. These happen every Tuesday and Saturday night and bookings are essential! Your evening will start with an island buffet feast. You’ll sample sumptouous local dishes such as Ika Mata (raw fish in coconut milk), Rukau (taro plant leaves in coconut milk), taro, chicken, roast pork, fresh fish, vegetables, salads and a wonderful array of tasty deserts. The show starts at 8pm with entertainment from the popular Super Highway Boys Band, and then you’ll experience the exhilaration and grand spectacle of a Cook Island dance and drum show. Definately an evening to remember!

The Spaghetti House: For a real taste of Italy, homemade pizzas, fresh pasta & Italian cuisine try our speciality Italian restaurant. Casual and relaxed dining all in air-conditioned comfort.
